Mitt Romney wins the election and the ultimate collapse of the entire system comes sometime during his first term, probably in late 2013 or early 2014. The entire world plunges into an economic depression unlike anything experienced before and the world blames capitalism yet again. But what happens if I’m wrong and the collapse comes during Obama’s 2nd term? Capitalism will likely be blamed again, as it was and continues to be blamed for the sub-prime bubble.
