I’m going to see if I have all of the facts:
Violence erupts in Libya at our embassy resulting in the death of the ambassador to Libya. The White House shrugs it off, claiming the violence was a protest to an anti-Islamic video posted on youtube two weeks before. Then, a month later the State Department admits that there was no protest outside the embassy and that violence was actually a coordinated attack. Not only that, but the ambassador who was killed also expressed concern that an attack was imminent as recently as the day he died.
This could all be avoided if we just stayed out of the internal/external affairs of other countries.
